Yes! We have a 7-day return policy. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, and ship the item back within 7 days of your return request to qualify for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, contact us at info@opolay.com.
Currently, we only offer refunds for returned items. You can place a new order for a different size or style.
