1. How long does it take to process my order?

  • Standard Shipping Orders: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays)

  • Express Shipping Orders: 0–1 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays)


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
    Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


3. Can I return an item?

Yes! We have a 7-day return policy. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, and ship the item back within 7 days of your return request to qualify for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.


4. How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, contact us at info@opolay.com.


5. Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we only offer refunds for returned items. You can place a new order for a different size or style.


6. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear.


8. What if my order is delayed or missing?
